In the protest today, they demanded that The Government of Tamil Nadu should immediately consider this issue as action is taken only on a few of the complaints out of the many that have been lodged across the state in this regard.
A protest was held today in front of the Tirupur Corporation on behalf of the Tamil Nadu Theendamai Ozhippu Munnani, demanding that the panchayat leaders be provided with security to enable them to work in a secure environment.
