Coimbatore: AMMA COVID-19 Kits were provided to sanitary workers in Valparai. The Central and state governments are taking several preventive measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Minister SP Velumani has instructed to provide AMMA COVID-19 Immunization Kits to employees and the general public in all parts of the state including corporations, municipalities, town panchayats and panchayats across Tamil Nadu.
15,000 kits were to be distributed to the people in Valparai. In the first phase, it was provided to the municipality sanitary workers with a kit containing the AMMA COVID-19 Immunity Pill, glove and hand washing liquid.
The event was headed by Valparai Assembly Member Kasturi Vasu and was attended by all the staff members in the presence of Municipality Commissioner Pavunraj, Co-operative City Bank Chairman Valparai V. Hameed and Health department officials and doctors.
