Duing the discussion, Prof Kanagasabapathi detailed on the highlights of NEP and how it promises a holistic learning approach to the students.
"The Perur Adheenam welcomed NEP for all the good reasons and lauded Prime Minister, Narendra Modi for his visionary policy and how NEP will lay foundation for a New India in coming years", told the BJP State VP.
While understanding NEP's thrust on language policy and emphasis on Tamil and other classical languages, the Adheenam extolled how learning is made fun through bagless days through NEP 2020.
Prof Kanagasabapathi told that Perur Adheenam also commended on the NEP's Education Policy, elements like vocational training and how they go a long way in shaping the children right from the formative stage.
