Singanallur MLA N. Karthik laid the foundation stone for the construction of two ICDS centers in the Sowripalayam area of Ward no.65 of the Coimbatore Corporation, today.
The ICDS centers have been allotted Rs.20 lakhs (Rs.10 lakhs each) from the MLA's constituency development fund.
The Peelamedu area Committee Incharge M. Nagarajan, Taluk Committee Incharge K. Manikandan, M. Selvaraj, party executives and cadres were present for the event.
