The Corporation has now announced that from now on people can lodge complaints with the corporation commissioner through video call app called Skype after reaching the CCMC office.

The Corporation has now announced that from now on people can lodge complaints with the corporation commissioner through video call app called Skype after reaching the CCMC office.
Usually a weekly public grievance meeting was held on Wednesdays at the Coimbatore Corporation office. This weekly grievance day was suspended due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
In the current situation as the COVID-19 cases are on the rise and yet livelihoods are active, an alternate arrangement has been made to avoid direct meetings with the Corporation Commissioner. Hence the public are asked to talk with Corporation Commissioner Shravan Kumar Jadhavat through Skype App from the CCMC office.
Corporation Commissioner Shravan Kumar Jadhavat said, "The public can now submit Greivances like before by contacting me through Skype from the CCMC office. It is to be noted that this project is already in place."
