He also took part in the 249th memorial day celebrations of freedom fighter Ondi Veeran, placed a flower wreath and paid floral tribute to his photograph.
The MLA and cadres raised slogans in praise of the freedom fighter. They also raised slogans demanding the day to be observed as a government event and to set up a memorial for him.
They also insisted that the Central Government must release a stamp in honour of the freedom fighter. Other party executives paid floral tribute to the freedom fighter.
