The number of COVID-19 cases has been on the rise in the Tirupur district. Under the circumstances, a COVID-19 Siddha treatment center has been set up at a private school on the Tirupur Kangayam road.
The Tirupur District Collector K. Vijayakarthikeyan inspected the camp today and consulted with the doctors there regarding the precautionary measures that are being undertaken.
He then met the press and said, "There are 2,800 beds ready at various places in the Tirupur district for treatment of COVID-19 patients. A Siddha treatment camp has been set with 100 beds. Arrangements have been made to offer treatment per the needs of the patients."
