Coimbatore: The Coimbatore CBC-ID office was closed yesterday following two CB-CID Special Sub-Inspectors turned positive for the dreaded virus. Around 30 people subsequently underwent PCR tests.

The results revealed that two more cops have turned COVID positive. CB-CID inspector Sumathi and DSP's driver Saravanan are the two new positives.
Both of them have been admitted at Coimbatore ESI Hospital for treatment.
