All living things are important in this world to maintain the fine balance in life. There is no discrimination between elephant, tiger, leopard, bird and lizard. All creatures are bound by an invisible bond and live within the chain.

A break in this chain occurs when there is more or less of a particular breed in the food and life chain. One organism needs the support of another organism to survive. In that sense, snakes, birds, and small animals need lizards to keep them alive. It is a creature that is sloppy and disgusting to look at. A general perception in some societies is also that it is a bad omen.

If you search for lizards on Google, search results pop up for controlling and destroying lizards in home though being one of the quietest living organism in our home. We know about lizards we see at home like chameleons and the likes but there 5600 lizard species found in the world.

Its habitats are tropical places like cities and even in Africa. They do not live in polar regions such as the Arctic and Antarctica. 200 species of lizards have been found in India alone. It is an important part of the ecosystem. There are many people in this world who hate lizards. If no one is at home for a day or two, the pests in your home will increase. It can even cause allergies. Lizards are the only creature that can control this. Mosquitoes are the most common cause of diseases worldwide and Lizards are able to control them.

We think they are bad and we look for different ways to repel lizards. The greenery once available in homes was destroyed by concrete buildings made of mud and cement. Chameleons, which we saw as children, are not seen today. The whole reason for this is the destruction of their habitat due to urbanization.
