The Emergency Care and Rescue Center offers assistance to the mentally challenged people in the society. Similarly, the destitutes shunned by society, who have no place to live and are out in the public are rescued and offered treatment at the rehabilitation center here.
The District Collector inspected the special treatment and rehabilitation exercises being offered to them and discussed regarding this with the doctors.
Tirupur District Medical College Dean Dr. Valli and Deputy Director (Health Services) Gopalakrishnan were present during the inspection.
