Coimbatore: Hindu Front state leader Kadeswara Subramaniam has requested that DMK leader Stalin should worship Lord Ganesh on Ganesha Chaturthi this time.

Kadeshwara Subramaniam, state president of the Hindu Munnani, met reporters in Tirupur. Speaking at the time, he said that this time it has been decided to celebrate Ganesha Chaturthi following the guidelines of the Tamil Nadu government due to the curfew order issued to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus.

He said the Visarjan procession will not be done this year. He claimed that political party leaders who issue greetings during festivals like Ramzan and Bakrid do not do so for festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi festival.

Kadeshwara Subramaniam said per the request of a DMK legislator who said that Stalin should worship Lord Ganesh, he should either worship the god at his home or one of idols installed by the Hindu Munnani
