At an event organised at Chinna Negamam near Pollachi, he distributed old age assistance funds to 53 beneficiaries and free house site pattas to 27 people from the Periya Negamam, Chinna Negamam and Chandrapuram areas.
He delivered the special address at the meeting following which he distributed five face masks per person to all the people who participated in the event.
Speaking to the press he said, "The legal battle to claim Veda Illa will be won by our CM and Veda Illam will be made into a memorial for Amma."
