PSG Super Specialty Hospital introduces 'Kavasa- Vaccination Centre'

Coimbatore: PSG Super Speciality Hospital has initiated a new vaccination centre by the name ''Kavasa."

The hospital dedicated for service to the people has introduced 'Mithra' a scheme to collect blood samples from people, at home and 'Sanjeevani' a scheme to deliver medicines to homes all over the country, recently. These schemes were welcomed by the people and have been a great success. Following that, the 'Kavasa' scheme has been introduced.



This vaccination center will function at the PSG My Clinic in Peelamedu on Avinashi road, Coimbatore. This Kavasa scheme covers all the people right from newborns to old people. Vaccinations will be provided depending on the age of the individuals. It is a scheme introduced for the welfare of the people.

Speaking regarding this, the director of the PSG Super Speciality Hospitals J. S. Bhuvaneshwaran said, "We are protected frommost of the major diseases prevalent in the world only with the help of the vaccines suggested by the doctors. The Kavasa Vaccination center has been introduced based on that. People of all age groups, right from children to old people, can walk into the clinic and get the advice of the doctor and take the vaccines prescribed by them.

All the vaccines under the schedule of the WHO are available at the Kavasa center. This center will function from the PSG My Clinic in Peelamedu on Avinashi road. Prevention is always better and the Kavasa has been initiated on that belief. This will undoubtedly protect the people from various diseases and act as an armour."
