TNAU Alumni crack UPSC 2019 exams

Coimbatore: In the recently announced Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) 2019 results, five students of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) exhibited their outstanding performance in the examinations.

Coimbatore: In the recently announced Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) 2019 results, five students of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) exhibited their outstanding performance in the examinations.



S. Bharani, an alumnus of TNAU has passed the UPSC exam 2019 with 58 th rank. She completed B.Sc., Agriculture at Agriculture College & Research Institute, Coimbatore in 2014.

Another student S. Sangeetha, who completed her B.Sc., Agriculture at Agricultural College & Research Institute, Madurai in 2014 scored the 499th rank. Presently, she is a police officer, undergoing DSP training. She belongs to Bellampatti village in Dharapuram Taluk, Tiruppur District.

S. Abinaya, who secured 559 th rank in the UPSC examination completed her degree at Agricultural College & Research Institute, Coimbatore in 2014. At present, she is an Agricultural Officer in the State Department of Agriculture, Government of Tamil Nadu at Paramakudi.

S. Malliga, who completed B.Tech., Biotechnology in TNAU during 2015 belongs to Kothgiri, Nilgiris district and ranked 621.

N. Venkatesa Prabhu, an Indian Forest Service (IFS) probationary officer is presently undergoing training at Dehradun and he completed the Undergraduate degree in Agriculture at Anbil Dharmalingam Agricultural College & Research Institute, Trichy in 2014. He is a native of Vallakundapuram village near Udumalaipettai, Tirupur District. He cleared the UPSC exams 2019 in the second attempt with 751th rank.
