Coronavirus infection has been confirmed in a pregnant woman at Sholayar Estate next to Valparai in Coimbatore district. Subsequently, the woman was admitted at the Coimbatore ESI Hospital for treatment. Following this, 13 families were isolated on two lanes in the third section of the Solaiyar Estate where she lived.
In this context, MLA Kasturi Vasu, who arrived in Valparai today, visited the Sholayar Estate and provided relief aid to 13 isolated families. The event was attended by a large number of people including Valparai MLA Kasturi Vasu, Coimbatore District Minority Section District Secretary Valparai V Hameed, Valparai City Secretary Mayil Ganesan, Vasu, Pon Ganesh and Salavudin.
