Currently, a lot of people with COVID-19 are undergoing treatment at the ESI hospital. A request had been sent to the TN government a few months ago requesting for the provision of treatment for patients with the government insurance cards.

Following this, the ESI hospital has now been granted permission to treat patients who hold the government insurance cards, informed the ESI hospital Dean Dr. Nirmala. The required officials have been appointed and arrangements have been made for this provision to commence in a couple of days, to benefit the patients.
