Coimbatore: A complaint has been lodged to the Coimbatore Police Commissioner By Lawyer Venmani, against the BJP Youth Wing Vice President A.P. Muruganandham for his defaming remarks against the DMK MP A. Raja.
The complaint mentioned, “DMK MP and A. Raja had recently given an interview to News7 channel where he was questioned about DMK’s stance regarding Kantha Sashti Kavasam issue. Commenting on the same he had mentioned in the interview that nothing is so sacrosanct to not be commented upon.In reply, the BJP Youth wing Vice President tweeted and said, “Nothing in this world is sacred- Dihar Raja, your birth is so.”
He has made this derogatory comment to hint at the caste of Raja. Hence a case must be filed against Muruganandham and action be taken against him”, said the complaint.
