Juvenile arrested for conspiring to cause damage by placing 4 kg stone on railway track

Erode: A case was registered at Erode Railway Police station in connection with the collision of a goods train on a 4 kg stone on the railway track from Chennai to Coimbatore at Chemmankulam and Karumapuram between the Magudanchavadi- Mavelipalayam railway stations under Erode Railway Station limits at 01.35 PM on July 29, 2020.

Erode: A case was registered at Erode Railway Police station in connection with the collision of a goods train on a 4 kg stone on the railway track from Chennai to Coimbatore at Chemmankulam and Karumapuram between the Magudanchavadi- Mavelipalayam railway stations under Erode Railway Station limits at 01.35 PM on July 29, 2020.

In this case, the enemy Arun, aged 17, S/o Orukkamalai, Karattu Valuvu, Konkanapuram Edappadi, Salem district, presentl at Moondru Puliya Marakadu, Semmankulam, Karumapuram was arrested by the Coimbatore Railway Sub-Divisional Deputy Superintendent of Police, Annadurai and Erode Railway Station Police Inspector Siva Senthil Kumar, Sub-Inspector of Police, Special Cell, Sivachandran and Head Constables Chinnaswamy, Rajendran and Senthil Kumar.

The arrest was made under the advice of the Railway Police Superintendent Maheshwaran, Deputy Inspector General of Railway Police Pandian, Railway Police Chief Vanitha and Railway Director General of Police Shailendra Babu.
