Tamil Nadu Doctors' Association condemns Youtuber Maridhas for defaming government doctors

Tamil Nadu Doctors' Association has condemned Youtuber Maridhas for defaming government doctors. The State President Dr. Senthil, in a press release, said , "Even though we continue to focus on the welfare of the people, such remarks cause disappointment and confusion among the people."

He added that the Tamil Nadu Doctors' Association, on behalf of the 18,000 doctors and thousands of employees who work tirelessly for the eradication of COVID-19 strongly condemns his speech. He also said, the Tamil Nadu Doctors' Association has requested the police to take stern action against Maridhas for slandering and misrepresenting the doctor community in order to promote himself.
