Following the announcement, volunteers, youth and the general public greeted Mayil Ganesan at the office on Valparai Nadumalai Road by offering him shawls and bursting firecrackers.
Following this, the volunteers there offered sweets to everyone to express their happiness. The event was attended by advocates Perumal, Jebaraj, Narasappan, Vimala, SKS Balu, Soundar, MRS Mohan, Selva Ganesh, Seeni and Lokesh.
