Coimbatore: An additional 346-bed treatment center is being set up in CODISSIA. As the impact of the coronavirus infection that is threatening the world is increasing day by day, various efforts are being made to control it.
The number of victims in Coimbatore district has been increasing for the last one month. Thus the number of coronavirus treatment centers and beds for patients has been increased on behalf of the district administration.
On those lines, a Coronavirus treatment center with 340 beds is already functioning at the CODISSIA campus on Avinashi Road.
Currently, addition of 346 more beds is underway at CODISSIA and it is said that admissions will start here tomorrow.
