Tirupur: The Democratic Youth Federation of India has filed a petition at the Tirupur District Collectorate requesting free distribution of goods in ration shops in view of the lockdown.

Lockdown has been extended across the country to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. Currently rice is the only free item offered in ration shops.
