Due to the incessant rains that have been pouring in Tirupur for the past few days, water bodies near the Tirupur District Collectorate have been brimming with water.



Under the circumstances, a tortoise that lost its way entered the Tirupur District Collectorate and sought refuge there. Employees there rescued the tortoise and handed it over to Forest Department personnel.
