The Tirupur District Tourist Officer A. Raman (47) was promoted as the Assistant Director of TN Tourism Department and took charge at the Tourism Commissionerate in Chennai, last Monday.
Following this, the Coimbatore District Tourism Officer T. Aravind Kumar (31) took full additional charge of the Tirupur Tourism Department on July 20.
Tourism Officer T. Aravind Kumar is from Udumalpet, Tirupur District and has also worked at the tourist district of Nilgiris.
