Coimbatore: The Tamilnadu State bulletin listed 104 new cases and 1 death today for the District of Coimbatore. Today's case tally is in line with the upward curve that Coimbatore maintains of late in terms of number of cases declared per day.
A total of 1173 people are under home and hospital treatment. A total of 1591 positive cases have been registered so far.
As we have reported through the day, many areas have registered new cases and we will continue to highlight those areas separately. The district administration still refrains from publishing the area-wise patient details consistently on a daily basis, which is contrary to what other districts in TN do. We'll update you as soon as the health department issues the break-up of the cases.
