The Nilgiris: The villages of Adikaratti, Thangadu, Oranalli and Chandur near Kattery Dam have been isolated after confirmation of COVID positive in some of the Badaga villages here.
District Collector Innocent Divya today conducted a sudden inspection of the areas. She requested the people in the area to keep themselves safe by wearing face masks, observing social distancing and cooperating with the district administration.
The Collector also ordered the officials in the areas to continuously monitor the villages and assist the villagers with their essential needs.
