Chennai: The Tamilnadu Minister for Electricity, Alcohol Prohibition and Excise Thangamani tested positive for COVID-19.

Chennai: The Tamilnadu Minister for Electricity, Alcohol Prohibition and Excise Thangamani tested positive for COVID-19.

The spread of COVID-19 is on the rise in the state and has not let alone the people's representatives too.

Minister for Energy Thangamani has now been tested positive for COVID-19. Following this he has been admitted at Chennai Greams Road Apollo Hospital for treatment.

He recently participated in an advisory meeting, which was attended by Minister S.P. Velumani, Natham Vishwanathan, Munusamy and Vaithiyalingam.

It is to be noted that the Minister for Higher Education KP Anbazhagan also tested positive for the dreaded virus earlier and is undergoing treatment.
