The 32 requests in the petition include the date-wise details of the number of people who have arrived into Tirupur from other hotspot areas in the state, list of approved COVID-19 testing centers in Tirupur District and the details of the hospitals, date-wise details of the the people who have been affected and have succumbed to COVID-19, and details of the number of PPEs and medical equipments allotted to Tirupur.
DMK MLA Jayaramakrishnan and district secretaries met with the Tirupur District Collector and submitted the petition.
