Police intensifies search of thieves who broke into post office
Coimbatore: Unidentified persons have stolen R. 5035 and pen drives at Devarayapuram Post Office near Thondamuthur, Coimbatore. The police have registered a case and are taking serious measures to catch the culprits.
Post Master Kalaimani and Postman Ramachandran locked the post office and went home after completing their work on June 20. When they arrived at the office yesterday, they were shocked to find that the front door of the office had been broken into.
Subsequently they informed the police. The police are actively searching for the culprits in the complaint filed by Southern Postal Inspector Palani.
