The Valparai Municipality's Amma Unavagam functions in the New Market area. With the World Yoga Day being observed today, the Valparai Government Hospital's Naturopathy doctor Karthikesh provided Yoga training to the workers at the Amma Unavagam.
Further they were made aware of the benefits of practising yoga. Following this, they were offered naturopathy-based immune boosters.
