Coimbatore: In a timely gesture, various representatives of Rajasthani Associations jointly contributed an additional amount of Rs.2.5 lakhs towards Chief Minister COVID relief fund.
On Saturday, the representatives of the various Rajasthani Association from the city presented the cheque to Minister SP Velumani. They also expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the healthcare warriors and community workers who risk their lives during this unprecedented time of pandemic.
It may be recalled that earlier in the first week of May, the association handed over a fund of Rs 51,26,555 towards CM COVID relief fund.
With the latest addition, they have donated a sum of Rs. 53,76,555.
Shravan Bohra, Babulal Bagrecha, Naresh Jain, Ramesh Bafna and many others representing various Rajasthani associations were present.
