CPIM submits petition with 2,000 signatures to Tirupur Corporation requesting basic amenities

Tirupur: The CPIM submitted a petition on behalf ofward no. 52 and 53 of the Tirupur Corporation with 2,000 signatures, requesting basic amenities.

Ward no. 52 and 53 of the Tirupur Corporation include areas such as Kallaangaadu, Ganapathy Nagar, Amaravathi Nagar and Lakshmi Nagar. The people of these areas have been asking for drinking water supply once in five days instead of once in 10 days during the summer months and also for sewerage channels.

Around 2,000 residents of the area signed the petition that was later submitted to the District Collector of Tirupur by the CPIM.
