Undersecretary in Tamil Nadu Chief Minister's Office, Damodharan, dies due to COVID-19

Chennai: The COVID-19 cases are increasing in TN with Chennai having the most numbers. The numbers have been more than a thousand every day and relented a bit only yesterday with the day's tally being below 1000.

There have been 422 deaths so far in Chennai alone. In the meantime, the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister's office undersecretary Damodharan succumbed to COVID-19 today.

Damodaran, who was admitted to Omandurar Government Hospital for treatment after being diagnosed with coronavirus, passed away today.
