Coimbatore: Fly Dubai announces cargo flight service between Coimbatore and Dubai and a host of other destinations.
FlyDubai, the famed government-owned budget airline in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, has announced cargo flight services between Coimbatore and Dubai and host of other destinations such as Bahrain, Riyadh, Kuwait, and Khartoum.
The airline has invited the business fraternity of Coimbatore to make use of this opportunity and requested a minimum load of 13 tonnes per flight.
A spokesperson from the airline said depending on the success of the cargo services, the management is exploring the avenues for operating passenger flights too.
Worthy of mention is the fact that the air routes between Coimbatore and the destinations in UAE have always witnessed a heavy traveller density during the pre-COVID times.
