Rain Alert - Monsoon rains to lash Coimbatore, Tirupur and Nilgiris
Coimbatore: The monsoon rains have started crossing over the Western Ghats into the Kongu districts. There are chances of rain in Coimbatore, Tirupur and the Nilgiris in the next few days. Some areas will have more intense rainfall than the others.
Chances of peak rainfall are imminent with moderately chilly breezes.
