Coimbatore: Left parties are protesting demanding relief for people affected by coronavirus. Protests are being conducted across the country following calls by leftist parties to demand relief for people affected by the coronavirus.

As part of this, a protest was held in front of the office of the Communist Party of India in RS Puram, Coimbatore, headed by Coimbatore MP PR Natarajan and former MLA E. Arumugam.

They demand Rs. 7500 for families affected by coronavirus, 1 lakh relief for small and micro industries, splitting the electricity bills to two months and waiving all agricultural loans.
