Tirupur: The Tirupur district Chief Educational Officer has informed that 349 Std 10 exam centers have been equipped with all necessary safety measures and students can appear for their exams without any fear.

The District Chief Educational Officer presented students of class 10 with face masks and hall tickets as the public exams are set to commence on June 11. Students received the hall tickets at Tirupur Jaivabai Municipal Girls Higher Secondary School.

Speaking to reporters he said, "all safety measures are in place for students to write their exams without any fear. All over Tirupur, 349 exam centers have been formed and 29,746 students will appear for exams. The exam halls will be sprayed with disinfectants, twice a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Facilities have also been made for the students to wash their hands before and after writing the exams."
