Tirupur: Per the orders from the Tirupur District Collector Thennampalayam market at Tirupur will be closed to the public from tomorrow. Wholesale and retail vendors will continue to operate at Thennampalayam and make door deliveries to meet the public demand.

New markets will be operating at LRG college and Nanjappa school grounds for the benefit of the public. The public are requested to adhere to social distancing norms and are encouraged to bring umbrellas to ensure that the norms are being met.
