Criminal absconding for 10 years apprehended in Tirupur
Tirupur: A criminal who was absconding for 10 years was nabbed in Tirupur. The North police have arrested a man who had been absconding after being released on bail in a murder case 10 years back.
In 2010, the gang of four, Mohanraj, Sada, Anand and Senthil Kumar, murdered Karthik in Tirupur MS Nagar area. The four people were convicted for the murder that happened due to a financial issue and later jailed.
One of the jailed perpetrators, Mohanraj, who was released on bail, disappeared.
Yesterday, Tirupur North police arrested Mohanraj following a search based on a warrant issued by the court. He was produced in court and imprisoned.
