Coimbatore: The social service wing of the Coimbatore Jamaat-e- Islami Hind distributed COVID-19 Safety equipment kits to the Ukkadam, Big Bazaar Street, Kuniyamuthur, Podanur and Race Course police stations.
The members also met with the RMO of the Coimbatore Medical College Hospital and expressed their gratitude and greetings to all the medical staff involved in the fight against COVID-19 for their service. They then presented COVID-19 safety kits consisting of face masks, gloves and sanitisers.
Coimbatore District President P.S. Umar Farooq, Coimbatore PRO Abdul Hakkim, company secretary Umar Jaafar, MA Haneefa and Anees participated in the event.
