Petition submitted to the District Collector to allow beauty salons to function at Tirupur
Tirupur: On behalf of the Tirupur Beauty Salon Owners' Union, a petition was submitted to the District Collector demanding to allow beauty salons to function in Tirupur.
Beauty salons have been shut down since the curfew was imposed due to coronavirus infection. The government has not included beauty salons to be opened on the list of recent relaxations.
Under these testing cirumstances, the Beauty Salon Owners' Union submitted a petition today with the Tirupur District Collector seeking to allow beauty salons to function. They promised to observe all the necessary precautions.
They added thousands of beauty salon employees have been income less for more than 45 days and hence requested the beauty salons be allowed to open.
