Coimbatore: Isha Yoga Center located near the Velliangiri foothills, has offered an opportunity for doctors, nurses, police and other medical staff to learn yoga at their own convenience, through an online course.
Other people can take up these courses at 50% of the cost. The courses are held in Tamil, English, Hindi and other languages. People who register for the course will receive the login details through email. Using this login information they can view seven videos on their mobile phones or laptops. Each video is 60 to 90 mins long.
In the video, ‘Sadhguru’ Jaggi Vasudev has explained various aspects regarding the body, mind, emotions and energy levels in an uncomplicated manner. Easy and powerful guided meditations are also a part of the videos.
The current COVID-19 situation has caused anxiety and fear and emotional disturbance in the minds of the people. To bring them out of this state and to take them back to being peaceful and happy humans this yoga course would be of immense help.
