The iconic Annapoorna restaurants to reopen to customers starting tomorrow.
With the national lockdown in place since March 24th to control the spread of the novel coronavirus, all retail, industrial and food establishments have remained closed down.
With the latest relaxations permitted by the state government, the iconic Annapoorna restaurants are going to reopen to customers starting tomorrow through 3 outlets. In an official release, it stated that three branches namely, Mettupalayam Road, Avinashi Road and Ganapathy, will reopen to serve food again only through deliveries and takeaways.
The release said that, though they would love to serve customers inside hotels, for the safety of customers, we only want to start deliveries and takeaways. Reopening of Annapoorna will surely be welcomed by all Coimbatoreans who have been stuck in their homes for the last 40 odd days.
