Acting upon the directives of DMK Party President M.K. Stalin to help the needy during this pandemic situation, MLA N. Karthik of Singanallur constituency distributed relief materials to the families living in slums in Coimbatore, on Tuesday.
Coimbatore: Acting upon the directives of DMK Party President M.K. Stalin to help the needy during this pandemic situation, MLA N. Karthik of Singanallur constituency distributed relief materials to the families living in slums in Coimbatore.
The MLA met the people living below poverty line in ward no. 53, Peelamedu area, Siddhapudur, Jawahar Nagar, Anna Nagar, Rayar nagar and K.K. Nagar. He distributed relief supplies to the people and interacted with them to understand their needs.
The relief supplies consisted of 5 kg of rice and vegetables.
