Hence the Valparai town members of Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam distributed vegetable bags to the poor in the Vazhaithottam area.
Valparai Election Special Tahsildar R. Murthy and village administration officer Vijay Amritraj distributed the vegetable bags in the presence of DMK Treasurer Advocate Palpaandi, to over 200 families.
Sever party executives were present at the event along with former councillors.
