Chennai: The spread of the coronavirus has been receding in Coimbatore, Tirupur and Nilgiris Districts and that trend has continued today too. Today saw no new cases in Coimbatore, Tirupur, and Nilgiris and the total number of cases reported in Tamilnadu has reached 1629.
Chennai: The spread of the coronavirus has been receding in Coimbatore, Tirupur and Nilgiris Districts and that trend has continued today too. Today saw no new cases in Coimbatore, Tirupur, and Nilgiris and the total number of cases reported in Tamilnadu has reached 1629.
Today, the total number of cases in the state also saw a small increase of 33 new cases. Till date 59,023 tests have been conducted in Tamilnadu and 662 people have been discharged from across TN thus far. We have had 18 deaths till date in TN.
22 people have fully recovered and have been discharged home today in TN. This continues a series of days where the rise in number of positive cases has been low and this would surely come as a huge relief for the people of three districts.
