But motorists and the public are unaware of the seriousness of the disease and are wandering about unnecessarily. A cultural programme was arranged headed by Assistant Commissioner Karthikeyan and Kattoor Inspector Latha at the Gandhipuram signal to raise awareness about coming out unnecessarily during the curfew.
Film director Sulur S. Sureshkumar's crew enacted the effects of coronavirus to the public on the road. While the police advised the motorists to stop the unnecessarily going out, such an awareness program was held so that the public would realize their mistake and not go out in the coming days.
The public left saying they realized their mistake and said they wouldn't do such thing in the future.
