21 people under isolation at the Tirupur Government Hospital discharged today

Tirupur: Across the state, a large number of people who attended the New Delhi conference last month were tested positive for COVID-19. Due to this, all the people who attended the conference are being monitored continuously.

21 people who attended the New Delhi conference were placed under isolation at the Tirupur Government hospital. This was done under the suspicion that they might be infected with the virus. However, they were tested twice for COVID-19 and their results came out NEGATIVE.



Since all the 21 people have not exhibited any symptoms of the disease they have been discharged today and sent back to their houses. They have been advised by the doctors to stay in isolation at home for another 14 days.
