Coimbatore: The Police have filed a case against the District Head of the All India Hindu Maha Sabha Organization for defaming the muslim community in Coimbatore.

Coimbatore: The Police have filed a case against the District Head of the All India Hindu Maha Sabha Organization for defaming the muslim community in Coimbatore.

Lotus Manikandan belongs to Karunanidhi Nagar area of Coimbatore. He is the head of the All India Hindu Maha Sabha in Coimbatore. It is alleged that he was spreading slanderous content against muslims on social networks. Aiyub, secretary of the India Thesiya League party in Kuniyamuthur, filed a complaint at Sulur Police Station.

Sulur police are currently investigating and have filed a case against Lotus Manikandan under sections of triggering violence and animosity between two groups.
