Chennai: The spread of the coronavirus has been continuously increasing and has nearly doubled every 4 days which is an alarming rate. Today for the second consecutive day we saw no new cases in Coimbatore, Tirupur, and Nilgiris and the total number of cases reported in Tamilnadu has reached just 1242.

Today for the second consecutive day we saw no new cases in Coimbatore, Tirupur, and Nilgiris and the total number of cases reported in Tamilnadu has reached just 1242.
Today, the total number of cases in the state also saw a small increase of 38 new cases. After a series of days where the rise in number of positive cases was high, this would surely come as a huge relief for the people of three districts (Coimbatore, Nilgiris, Tirupur) as for the second day in a row the total number of cases increased in the state too has been very low apart from the fact there have been zero new cases reported in the three districts.
